Litter-Robot 3 Connect, Grey

This is a great addition and I was very excited about automated cat box cleaning. This device was quiet, worked as described, saves time and less litter spread. This is a wonderful help to keep cat litter box clean and fresh for kitties. Unfortunately, I had to return it as one of my kitties is skiddish and would not use it as he was afraid of it. I unplugged it and attempted to get him to use it as just a regular cat litter box however he would not adjust. If your cat is at all timid, it won't work for you. Sharpie made a few deposits elsewhere to let me know it wasn't for him.

This is our third litter robot in about 15 years and out second Version 3. The set up is breeze and it's easy to get cats to use it. Also when a person does have an issue there is quite a bit of tech support and forum support with other users. Currently our two cats take about a week to fill the hopper. Pro ti, Litter robot's branded supplies work the best but you can use any brand clumping litter and any plastic bag that will fit between the 4 clips. Finally, when you need to clean it, Litter Robots cleaning spray and wipes are second to none.

This product is truly a game changer when it comes to litter boxes %26 multiple cats. Even though it was pricey it was worth the price. All 3 of cats in my household had no problem adjusting to using it.

I have multiple cats and this litter robot is amazing extremely easy to use and no more having to clean out a standard litter box definitely a life changer

While I appreciate not having to scoop constantly, this thing is always giving an error message of "over torque limit" I am always having to go in and cycle it again, literally every single time my cats use it, I have six cats, it feels like I am always checking on this thing. Maybe I got a dud, but man for the cost, it's super annoying.

It came damaged it appears from assembly, should have been caught at factory. Then they say it's 3rd party and could take 2 weeks for refund. If not a Walmart product that they can't refund through store they shouldn't sell it.

I paid A LOT of money for this litter box expecting a premium product, but it started making loud clicking noises just two weeks after I got it. Totally unacceptable for the price. Trying to return it was a nightmare — the return process was complicated, and I had to pay out of pocket just to find a box big enough to ship it back. So not only did I waste money on a faulty product, but I had to spend even more just to send it back. I still have to wait for a refund as well.

It quit working so I'm stuck with a $550 item that doesn't work because I'm disabled and can't get out to ship it or return it. I order online due to not being able to leave my home. You have no one to pick it up for me to get a refund. I can't get anything else before I get my money back. That's going to take another month, only if someone can pick it up. Walmart said they would reach out to supplier and send me a email confirmation, I have yet to see one.

This product proved to be an expensive and inefficient solution, plagued by frequent malfunctions requiring constant unplugging and resetting, ultimately leading to significant inconvenience, including the inability to dispose of waste while on vacation, causing considerable distress given my cat's inaccessible bathroom facilities.
