Litter-Robot 4 Automatic Self-Cleaning Cat Litter Box with Step, White

My cats transitioned to this easily and it has been a great purchase. I only have to change the plastic bag every 4 days or so. Easy to change bag. This product has been well worth the price I paid. Easy to use, came all set up, Cell phone notifications for when to change the bag or when to add more litter.

I don't know why I waited so long to buy this product because it is just the best for someone in my age. I bought something that was half the price, but it was more work than I really needed to do. This is perfect. I bought the litter robot fo i bought the litter robot 4, But unfortunately, the cat would not use it. So it has not been used and I returned it. Thank you so much.

A must have for any cat home. It runs quietly so even if she uses it during the night we never know. All of the extra insights in the app are great. The amount of litter saved since upgrading to the litter robot 4 is astounding

my machine broke after 4 days of use. I called the company and they were on the spot to get me a fix. now it works great, but if I pay 600$ for a machine I don't think it should break so soon. so it was just inconvenient. but the company support was phenomenal.

We've had a Litter Robot 3 for awhile and have been happy with it. This newer model looks nicer, being round rather than oval and the controls placed in a much better, more visible location. We've had an issue with the roundness, though, with a couple of cats peeing on the liner, which litter sticks to when it cycles, leaving clumps that have to be manually removed.

I haven't set it up yet so I don't know how it works

Ordered from Walmart, Item arrived very quickly however it had an electronics problem from the start and would not function. Whiskers support team was not helpful at all, they wanted me to provide tons of information, pictures, troubleshooting etc.. OK but then after doing all of that they wanted me to send all of the information and troubleshooting again and said that they would send a new electronics board for ME to install. Returned to Walmart for full refund and ordered a Neakasa instead.
