Very sturdy ladder with multiple configurations but the 22 ft ladder is definitely for outside use only unless you have a large indoor space. Not too difficult to maneuver but wheels could be a little larger. Overall a very good ladder.

The ladder was designed well . It was easy to change configurations. The wheels were very helpful moving the ladder around. The only negative was its weight. It is heavy. It was not easy to carry up stairs.

Awesome ladder with functions that work . The adjustability to go big or a frame up against the house is a real treat. Going to be using this ladder for my projects a long time..

I like the weight of this version over the heavier older versions. Little giant ladders are very sturdy ladders, but weight comes with sturdy. Thes multi position ladders are very useful for various situations.

The versatility is great. The only somewhat negative comment would be with the rungs. The rungs are not as wide as a regular ladder but they are strong. It's just something to get used to stepping onto.

The product itself is fine, albeit probably overpriced. My issue is with shipping. This product was only available to ship, and it arrived damaged. Obviously that is partly the responsibility of the shipping company, but I have to believe if the product arrived at a store in the shape it was in, it would not make it out onto the floor for sale. Therefore, if you purchase this product you will more likely than not receive a damaged product.

The steps or rungs on one side of ladder was welded uneven and broke at top of ladder. I just received the ladder an hour or so and was setting it up on my stairs struggle to get the ladder to lock over a period of 30 or 40 minutes and final figured out and saw that the ladder that I received from Walmart was severely defective. I was very fortunate that I was not injured if I would have tried to use this ladder….HUGE lawsuit if that happen. The pictures that I have sent shows how defective this ladder I received is and not mentioning the hassle getting this returned and the time it has costed me. Horrible experience.

Walmart never did deliver my product. How can I rate it?!!. Walmart failed to deliver this Little Giant Ladder (22ft) critical for success of my project at my home worksite June 2025. Volunteer and paid Work crew had to be cancelled. Notice that it wouldn't be arriving was sent to my email the DAY BEFORE the ladder was suppose to be delivered to site. No help from Walmart customer service, after repeated attempts to contact, ( no call back from their rep )with an explaination. 2 weeks later a CREDIT was processed on my next statement. Since they held my payment money is this a business profit technique across the nations? Walmart inventories and e-tracks all their goods so really there is no excuse for their failure and poor Customer Service for online purchasing of larger items. My guess is that WALMART realized that in the next two weeks that they would be able to sell this very same item for much more with future pricing so retained their inventory.
