These are the coolest hand trucks. Can go from vertical to horizontal by moving one cotter pin. Use as conventional hand trucks or horizontal, low to the ground, hauler. Makes moving 40 pound bags of pool salt from car to pool a breeze for this old lady!! They moved relatively easy across thick, wet grass without getting bogged down. Plus plus plus in my book. Also useful in hauling bags with limbs and debris from back yard to front street curb for pick up easy and convenient. So many uses with so little effort. Best 76.00 I've spent in ages!! They definitely seem sturdy. Easy to push and pull - depending on what job you're doing.

I like the convertible dolly and NEEDED IT due to my disabilities! I was angry the store had them in stock and SHOULD HAVE DELIVERED IT WITH MY FOOD ORDER but sold store units to others and I had to cancel the store and order from warehouse. The customer who buys and pays first SHOULD GET IT!

The Dollie it self is great. But was delivered with a huge patch of Red Paint missing off the Dollie. I am sure it got that way during shipping Walmart should take a little more care in packaging for delivery. Dollies should been covered with some thick Plastic or Bubble Wrap. There was nothing on the Dollie to help protect from scratches or scrapes.

This is not what I ordered. I will return to the store but I need the correct item please! The hand truck I ordered has 2 sets of wheels and is convertible. Can you get it to me?

this is a first for me and I expected better from Milwaukee of all companies The hand dolly itself has safety pin holes on the left hand side while the handle bars themselves have drilled holes on the right hand side. I will need to spin the safety bars a complete 180 degrees, facing them the wrong way, to put the safety pin into the handle and body together.

Well I ordered this product and they delivered a completely different item, I got a much cheaper dolly with 2 wheels, then had to haul it back to store, and then told now they are not in stock. Walmart needs to get their stuff together and not send a knock off item that is completely different. was a major hassle had to find the item at another store and now waiting for the correct one.

Item was scheduled for pickup. When I arrived I was told they didn't have item, but could have it delivered the next day. Scheduled next day delivery and status was updated to delayed on the day of delivery. No more updates were provided. Two days later item is delivered with no packaging, multiple dents and scratches with chipped paint. Tires had tread to indicate item was previously used. Definitely not the new item I paid for!

Walmart sent a used dolly that had been returned to the store at some point. The label was not even attached and the delivery driver took a picture of it before bringing it to my door showing the damage. Paint was scraped all over in several places and there was Grease all over with chipped paint and metal gouges on the handle. This is unacceptable. I went to Walmart chat asking them to send a replacement and also send a label so I could return this one. I explained that I am handicapped and cannot drive and cannot return it to the store and wanted a new one like I paid for. I was not trying to get anything for free. The Walmart chat associate said the only way to remedy it would be to keep the dolly and have a $0 amount and I would not have to return it to the store. I said I would rather have a new one was purchased but they said this would be impossible to exchange it. I accepted that. The next morning someone else at Walmart created a return for the item saying I had to bring it back to the store or I would be charged the full amount. As I said before I am not able to drive or return it to the store. I chatted with Walmart again and they said they would resolve it by canceling the return and it would be a zero issue. Today I see that it still is a canceled return and they're charging me the normal amount for a damaged dolly that should never have been sent to a customer. I bought this to try to make disabled life slightly easier and it is been nothing but a headache. I don't have a problem paying for the item in full as a new dolly. All I wanted was a new dolly dropped off like they did from the store and the old one taken back or a return label so it could be sent back. They would not do that. So I am stuck with a dolly that looks like someone used it and beat it up and have to pay full price. I was able to clean the grease off from all over it but this is a very bad experience with Walmart playing around with their customers again. Between issues like this and constantly canceling orders Etc my business has gone over to competition that always has things in stock and stands behind their products if there are issues with damage or condition.

This post isn’t about how the dolly works. It’s about the service I received and how the dolly came. I made a pickup order on the app and paid full price for a brand new dolly. What I received was totally different. The dolly looked like it had already been used and it was on clearance for $46.00 but I paid the full price($76.00). I called the Walmart that I got it from and they told me that I would have to called the 1800 number for a refund. I told them that I don’t want a refund, I just want to exchange it for what I paid for and that’s a brand new one. That’s all that I won’t and they couldn’t do anything. I have never left a review before because I was always happy with my purchases but this one really made me mad. Walmart needs to do better!!!

Truck dolly that was delivered was a day late, is not new and has clearly been used in the store. Tires are worn and item is scratched in several places. There was a label that said “Do not inventory” and even that was worn. The pin to hold the handle in place is missing. The employee did not follow delivery instructions.
