Delivery of the ladder didn't go as smoothly as it should have, but once I finally got it, I was pleased with the quality of the ladder. It is very stable and I'm comfortable working on it. It's easy to fold and store, has non-skid feet, is exactly what I need for interior painting and exterior maintenance on my house.

I just moved and needed a step ladder to hang blinds and curtains.Being disabled wasn't sure which ladder would be appropriate and safe to use.This was the one, I felt safe and the ladder was very sturdy.I found it to be light to carry around as well AT a fabulous price ! Thankyou

killer deal on this ladder, $70 for a 6ft fiberglass from Louisville is a steal imo. Looking at other big name retailers everything of this tier was at least $100. Have still been using my grandpa's old wooden ladder that was built before i was conceived, but it held up ..was just starting to feel very wobbly and began kissing faith i want going to take a nice<u so i landed on this Louisville. Great build quality, as it's fiberglass it's about 50% lighter than the wooden one, it's stable, and it has shots slots on the top for screwdrivers, little indented areas for screws or parts, larger girls 3 for items like pliers, and a rounded out areas perfect for paint cans. Love it for the price, if you need an affordable[]⁷ ladder with some added features

The ladder works. It is just as described. It is light and easy to set up and move. My only complaint is that it was sold to me as new, but was covered in drips of white paint and was very obviously used. I will be using it to paint as well, so I kept it, but if you order a "new" item, it should be in new condition. I would go with something more sturdy if you are needing this for everyday use. It is definitely just for basic occasional use around the home.

Best Fiberglass Ladder I have found. I didn't want some cheap aluminum ladder that would buckle under standard home repairs. This Louisville 6ft Ladder is no joke. Strong Sturdy and built very well. If you are looking for a 6ft ladder this is the one.

Ladder is just what I wanted. However I expected it to arrive undamaged. The bottom step is dented in. I can still use it, but as far as I am concerned if product is not 100% what I paid for, Walmart owes some sort of credit. This ladder was ordered on line for delivery, because I don't have the means to pick it up and take home. As such I also do not have the means to return it. Walmarts AI chat box gave me 2 options, mail it back or take to store. No other AI generated choice. If this product was damaged in the store, the price would be reduced and moved to the clearance aisle. I will be seeking a credit directly from the store. Signed Walmart employee. cm

DO NOT buy this ladder. They are selling used damaged ladders at a discount. Really sad. They can at least represent that this item is used and damaged to their customers. Yeah, right? Luckily I have a car that was able to transport the crappy ladder to the local wal mart for a return. Again, you have been warned.

I recently purchased this ladder and upon using it for the first time the top of the letter cracked where the legs are riveted on top and I'm not satisfied. I would really like to return this ladder and get a replacement. But I can't find out where to do it on your app..

Canceled by Walmart w refund, ordered another, came filthy, brace was bent %26 not delivered to my apartment. I had to physically search my entire apartment complex for a half an hour Keeping cuz I needed it right then. While very nicely compensated with $5 coupon, I’m still missing the rest my refund balance of $42.51. It’s been a month.

Purchased a NEW item from Walmart but was given a USED item at pick up. The ladder had visible signs of use. It even had the sticker of the previous owner's address on it. I should've read the reviews before buying. I'm highly disappointed. I returned it as soon as they gave it to me.
