ANOTHER LKK WINNER
I use many LKK products. This is another sauce I will stock as a pantry item. It's a thick sauce bursting with flavour. My first bottle of this is being used for roast chicken. I spatchcock a small chicken. When it's skin side up in the roasting pan, I use a spoon to smear the sauce over the skin side of the chicken. The intense flavour is apparent when I eat the chicken. It's different than LKK hoisin sauce. Delicious!

Very tasty flavours great sauce
Very strong flavours but is an excellent flavour enhancer. Just a tablespoon added to a stir fry with meat seafood or tofu. High in sodium so season only if needed after using this.

Love
This is one of my favourite ingredients for adding salt along with a whole lot of other deep flavours. Great for stir fry, and literally anything else.

Good Taste
Good black bean paste, not too much sugar added. Really nice when mixed with dark sauce and mashed a little before use.

how did they fit so much salt in there?
I added 4 tablespoons of this to a pan of lentils. The taste of salt brought me to another plane of existence. its like 4x the recommended daily maximum... simply put, it's too salty.
