I would recommend not to build it yourself if you considering to save your money on this dont but this if you want something built yourself but if your wanting to buy this type of couch let the professional build it cause it took me 2 hours to figure this out myself to build it and I had one arm rest minor defective if they had done it themself they could have replace it quickly rather then me doing it and now waiting for them to send replacement for the arm part that zipper wont move.

Instructions were very unclear, but despite the difficulties I had assembling it alone, I really do love this couch. It's not very pet fur friendly, but I'm so used to it with my animals it doesn't bother me. Nothing a good vacuum won't solve. It's the perfect size for my living room and the color was spot on.

The good: it's average looking, came 2 days earlier and well packed. The bad: Assembly is very difficult. Took us hours and it's hard to do with space available to screw things. The instructions aren't bad, but not super clear either. The ugly: one of pillows is flat and wouldn't get to normal size. The three pillows/cushions on the back do not sit in a firm position and keep falling or inclining in wrong direction. The design is poor. The instructions said to contact at their support email id in case of issues. It's been 3 to 4 days I contacted about flat cushion and have heard nothing so far. If and when I get things resolved I'll update the review and rating.

This sofa was horrible to assemble. I have put lots of furniture together and was shocked at the difficulty of this sofa. It took 3 adults 4 hours to assemble and we had 2 legs and many screws left over. It is comfortable to sit on. The back cushions keep falling down and I have to pull them up every day. It looks nice when the cushions are in place. The price was reasonable. You get what you pay for.

as I was attempting to put the couch together I realized why I could not even complete the assembly I am missing one of the seat cushions there should be three for your butt and three for your back I have three for my back and two for the butt I don't know what to do

This company sent me a couch that doesn't match the description, plus it was missing parts. I have been going back and forth with them for over a week now trying to get my money back. It says it was coming from New Jersey, but customer service is in china. I even tried to compromise with them and told them just give me half of my money back, but they offered $50 the first time then $80. Also it sits very low to the ground and the measurements are way off from what's advertised. It's big enough for a small child or an animal.

receivedy order 6 days late and when it finally did arrive it's missing half of the couch and hardware.

Item had pieces parts to it and have reached out about replacing it and have not heard back from them.
