Great value for its price. If you need a sofa to sit on, this is it. Absolutely nothing fancy, just a great sofa.

I paid to have his furniture delivered and set up. it was not I had to pay someone to come to my home and put it up. I have paid $89 a change to get it have y'all do it and it was not done. I called in and talked to Muhammad about it he said a refund for my $89 would be issue within 7 to 10 days it's been 2 weeks I called back this morning I talked to Muhammad and he claimed to not found my order because he didn't have my phone number and I was giving him the wrong phone number when I was not. I hung up call back in I got a Maria on the line and Maria has helped me over and beyond her call of duty so as far as the furniture fine that's why some service I got before today it was horrible Maria has done above and beyond what she was supposed to do to make me happy with this purchase and I thank her but the guy Muhammad y'all need to get rid of he's disrespectful he's a liar and he's a disgrace to Walmart thank you Debra price

I found it difficult to assemble The instructions were not very clear they need to be more placed in elementary style with both description and photo. I even attempted to YouTube it and there was none available

This couch is the epitome of "you get what you pay for". It isn't tereible, all considered, but it was missing many screws, holes were not properly drilled, some holes were actually concealed, the instructions were not accurate, and the couch itself is relatively flimsy. But it's good for a compact couch and looks okay. Certainly better than nothing, and again, you get what you pay for.

Not a bad couch if you base it off the images. The assembly took too long. Could never get it squat to assemble. One of the cushions was beyond saving. Felt like there was nothing inside. The back and arms seem a little too low for my liking. It does look good though.

It is a futon. I've been trying to return it since I bought it. I've never opened the box. I've never done anything with it. It's just sitting in my garage.

Bought this couch in a pinch for my camper. Not was I expected. It was easy to assemble, directions were simple to follow. Took about 30 minutes to put together. The color is as shown, darker gray. In the chaise style it is actually 72” deep x 48” across. It is very close to the ground! I had to put pillows across the back as it is board straight and uncomfortable. I am bigger (300lb) and it doesn’t bow when I sat on it. Will be good for short time sitting or my kids.

the sofa came in many pieces I had to pay for someone to put it together. and it looked nothing like the picture. it's tiny like for small people. maybe even children's room. the picture is very deceiving.

You are so bad company, you scam people and your furniture is very poor quality I bought a sofa it was very small and very bad quality. Not like I expected . now I'm trying to return it they don't want to return it and give me my money back. It's been more than 10 days now and nobody wants to refund me the money, they keep ignoring my request. I'll never buy anything again from you.

It never showed up! No one has been helpful getting it delivered. It's third party, so Walmart passed it on to Loftka, and they passed it off to Fed Ex who said they delivered it. They did, but not to our house. No one is taking responsibility.
