This one actually reduced my thumb and wrist pain!

imabbb June 7, 2026

My right thumb used to get sudden, stabbing pain where it joins the hand. I figured it was because I use a mouse all the time, right? After some research I learned it was probably the way I was gripping the mouse -- from above, pinching it between my thumb and pinky. It was obviously too small for my large hands and required me to make large movements from the thumb and wrist. First I cheaped out and tried one of those pads with a gel hump on one end. Nope. All it did was make my wrist hurt too. Next, the largest standard mouse I could find. Nope. I still pinched. Next, a vertical mouse. Better, but too small front to back so I still pinched. Finally I tried the Logitech MX. Outstanding. It could still be just a little longer but it's the best fitting mouse I've ever tried. Now my hand, wrist, and arm move together with minimal wrist or thumb movement. After 6 weeks the pain is almost gone, really more of a dull ache than the sudden stabs I got before. Note: Because my hand rides higher on the mouse now, there was a little pressure on my wrist from the edge of the desk. I got one of those tiny bean bags for the wrist with a zipper so you can add/remove beans to adjust support. The combination has really helped. So it reduced my pain but the MX is also a capable mouse. I use it for gaming and general office chores and love the way it works. I definitely don't need all those extra buttons that come on a dedicated gaming mouse to play my games, mainly WoW and D2R. I don't know about FPS twitch games or raiding though. If you know what that means you might need a mouse that looks like a stubbly porcupine. I'll leave that up to you. Highly recommended for anyone with mouse-related wrist or thumb pain, especially if you have large hands. To be honest I'd prefer this design even without the pain. It's that good.

IT WORKS!

Sid B July 6, 2026

Having had carpal tunnel in the wrist - this is a no brainer - its as comfortable as possible - the angle of holding it is amazing! I was a sceptic for years - but ok so I'm late to the party...IT WORKS!

Great Mouse

rok June 26, 2026

It is very comfortable to hold, after hours of use my arm is still relaxed. It moves smoothly and tracks well on the screen. The rechargeable function eliminates the need for batteries.

Natural Position

Luis G April 2, 2026

This is my second one; if you're a person who is constantly on your machine with high use of a mouse, this will limit your hand fatigue. especially if you use CAD or graphical applications. It could also be me but it also makes it easier when you are working on touching up pictures and even with your signature.

It’s like driving a cloud

Anonymous February 26, 2026

Being an interventional spine physician, it’s nice to give my hand a rest at the end of the day. And while still having to do notes, it’s feels like no effort using this mouse. Your hand almost subconsciously goes into the correct anatomical position without any effort. It’s like driving a cloud.

Casual gamers should consider this, too.

chad April 5, 2026

You can adjust the DPI with the Logitech application you'll need to DL on your computer. It's not on a gamer's level of detailed control, but it does allow me to whip my curser across the screen without moving my wrist off of my cushion. That's all i really need. I'm a daily PC user and a casual gamer. My hands sometimes get sore due to my job duties and it hurts to over-use my index finger. I still want to play Star Citizen, though. This mouse is great. It's not hard to adjust to using. I have larger hands but i can still hold this mouse with my entire palm fingers all resting. My pinky finger drags a little on the mousepad, but that ends up being a positive allowing me more precision when i need it. It's worth consideration.

Ergonomic and high quality

hydbadi December 19, 2025

Very good design to maximize ergonomic comfort. No issues connecting to my computer. The buttons are placed well along with ease of use. I rated it one less star since it is a slightly oversized and is missing the free scroll mode similar to the other MX mice. It would also be nice to include the horizontal scroll option in future designs.

Great vertical mouse

Sean T April 7, 2026

Overall, excellent form, fit, and function. I would like to see the free-wheel scroll lock and the ability to set multiple resolutions on the next version. I charged it once when I purchased it a few weeks ago, and so far, I've had several hours of daily use on the first charge. My only complaint is the feel of the mouse in my hand when using it for extended periods. I have severe arthritis, and the ability to essentially rest my hand on the mouse is prevented by its shape. A small extrusion at the palm end would be appreciated in the next model.

Works but not for me

Todd R February 20, 2026

Mouse works. But handling it felt more unatural than a normal mouse. I felt that i had to hold my arm up in order to move the mouse...Making it less ergonomic. But overall the mouse worked without any issues. It could just be me. I just didnt like it. Returned it and got a MX Master 4

Good idea, poor fit for me

Ger.l April 23, 2026

I wanted to like this mouse because the ergonomic design makes sense in theory, but in daily use it just didn’t work for me. The shape felt awkward, the buttons didn’t feel especially premium, and after trying to adjust to it, I still didn’t find it comfortable or efficient. For the price, I expected something that felt more polished and easier to use right away. It may work for some people, but for me it was not worth keeping.
