It's like driving a cloud

Anonymous February 26, 2026

Being an interventional spine physician, it's nice to give my hand a rest at the end of the day. And while still having to do notes, it's feels like no effort using this mouse. Your hand almost subconsciously goes into the correct anatomical position without any effort. It's like driving a cloud.

MX Vertical: Ideal for Bigger Hands, Less Silent Than Lift

Yousuf August 15, 2025

Last year, I tried the Logitech Lift, and it completely changed my mouse experience—it was one of the best decisions I made. This year, I decided to upgrade to the MX Vertical, as I found the Lift slightly small for my hand. After using the MX Vertical for three weeks, I can say it's perfect for larger hands and very comfortable for long hours of work. If you spend a lot of time working behind a screen, I highly recommend the Lift, or if you have larger hands like me, the MX Vertical is the way to go. The only drawback I've noticed compared to the Lift is that the MX Vertical has louder clicks, while the Lift's clicks are almost silent. The noise can be a little annoying at times, but overall, it's a fantastic ergonomic mouse.

Helpful tool

Noah March 10, 2026

The mouse is very helpful for my work. Easy desktop navigation keeps me organized. I work with many different programs. I like to keep messaging apps (Teams, Outlook) on one desktop, productivity (Excel, web apps, canva) on another, and research tabs on my last. I can easily switch between, take screen shots, and share with others. Keyboard short cuts are great, but it's faster with the mouse.

Different, but worth it!

Not So Secret Agent Man December 16, 2025

My new job requires me to be front of a computer 8-10 hours a day. After about 2 months, I developed gamer's elbow. Someone recommended that I should get an ergonomic mouse. After getting used to the MX Vertical, my elbow is almost pain free. My only issue is the height of the MX Vertical. I find myself knocking it over when I transition to my keyboard. Other than that, I really like the mouse. I might try out the matching keyboard.

Love this mouse!

Roxx T February 6, 2026

Love it! So much easier on my hand than my previous mouse - although, that was your MX trackball. Guess age and years of use finally said “make me more comfortable”. I'm an editor, so I spend a lot of time attached to my mouse. Will always choose Logitech, thanks for the Vertical.

Ergonomic and high quality

hydbadi December 19, 2025

Very good design to maximize ergonomic comfort. No issues connecting to my computer. The buttons are placed well along with ease of use. I rated it one less star since it is a slightly oversized and is missing the free scroll mode similar to the other MX mice. It would also be nice to include the horizontal scroll option in future designs.

Wonderful Ergo mouse with some long term issues

Anonymous September 17, 2025

As an Exercise Scientist, I chose this mouse years ago to try out and loved it. I'm now on my 2nd MX Vertical mouse, and I've told many people to use this mouse. However, these are expected long-term (couple years) issues: 1 - the rubber texture wears off and gets a weird oily feeling after a couple years. I'm now using a thin microfiber cloth over this new mouse to prevent that this time around. I might cut it to shape and tacky glue it to the mouse, we'll see. 2 - More annoyingly ... at one point, my left click stopped working, and I had to replace the micro-switch (i hate soldering) with a higher-quality Japanese version. If you're okay buying a new mouse every few years, this is the mouse for you. If you're okay with soldering and tinkering, this is the mouse for you. If you're hands don't produce a lot of oil, this is the mouse for you. Enjoy!

Great vertical mouse

Sean T April 7, 2026

Overall, excellent form, fit, and function. I would like to see the free-wheel scroll lock and the ability to set multiple resolutions on the next version. I charged it once when I purchased it a few weeks ago, and so far, I've had several hours of daily use on the first charge. My only complaint is the feel of the mouse in my hand when using it for extended periods. I have severe arthritis, and the ability to essentially rest my hand on the mouse is prevented by its shape. A small extrusion at the palm end would be appreciated in the next model.

Feels cheap for the price paid

asdf October 23, 2025

The mouse itself is comfortable and good to use. However the build quality is not worth the price. Just because it has a special ergo shape, it's overpriced. The material is just cheap plastic everywhere and the mouse is very light. You are forced to use their software in order to use all the buttons. The following points will only be a concern to people with big hands: The back and forth buttons are placed too near to the inner hand, so you need to bend the thumb to use them. The wheel is placed too high and your index will constantly touch it.

Good idea, poor fit for me

Ger.l April 23, 2026

I wanted to like this mouse because the ergonomic design makes sense in theory, but in daily use it just didn't work for me. The shape felt awkward, the buttons didn't feel especially premium, and after trying to adjust to it, I still didn't find it comfortable or efficient. For the price, I expected something that felt more polished and easier to use right away. It may work for some people, but for me it was not worth keeping.
