These are really great for the price. I like to watch/listen to YouTube but the volume was too low on many of the videos. Now, with these speakers, I can CRANK UP the sound on my old school R&B! It makes for a much more enjoyable listening experience.

I needed speakers so in my classroom kids could hear my computer when I showed videos. I bought these two years ago and they just broke. I chose inexpensive ones so I wouldn't worry if kids bumped into them. Spending $12 for two years worth of speakers, and sound making it across a classroom with 35 kids, well I couldn't ask for a better deal. Bought the exact same type again.

Was hesitant because of the inexpensive price, but tried it anyways based on the reviews. I first purchased a pair for my computer at work and couldn't believe the amazing sound from such a small speaker. I went ahead and purchased two more for home, one for my daughter's laptop and one for my laptop. My daughter loves them as well and I decided instead to hook mine up to the t.v. in my bedroom because the volume is low on the t.v., Overall very very pleased with the quality of sound, especially for the price.

The speakers on the my laptop aren't loud enough. The Logitech S120 speakers are great for the money I spent online ($6.80). They were $12.80 in the store. They even had a jack for headphones. The volume control on the Logitech speaker made the headset louder than as it would have been connected directly to the computer. The only downfall is the four foot electrical cord. You have to be very close to an outlet or have an extension cord. l

Manual instructions and item connections are not a match. There's one green cable and an outlet plug, not a green and pink connection as the manual insists. I inserted the green into the mic in front and the plug into the surge strip, turned the switch on and tried them out on Bocherrini's Fandango using YouTube, and out came the biggest stereo sound from these small things, every instrument of the guitar quintet clear as could be and castanets clapping all over the place. An excellent experience and they're attractive!

I got these for a friend who was in desperate need of speakers so I only tried them out long enough to make sure they worked. I liked the headphone input on the front. Most cheaper speakers dont have that. They were quite nice in appearance and sturdy feeling. The sound is okay. Lets just say Ive heard much worse for more money. Cranking them up, the sound stayed basically true and wasnt as garbled as I was expecting. If you want high def sound, you can pay more but if you just want basic speakers for the home computer or laptop, this is a good deal.

I bought a 19" flat screen to put in a confined space in my computer room. The sound on this TV was awful. Had to run the sound at 100% just to barely hear it. Bought these speakers, plug them in the headphone port and what a difference. Now run the sound around 50% and quality is much improved. Inexpensive ($9.00) solution!

These speakers are small, and so is the sound. However, for the price I paid I was not expecting more. Sound quality is subjective but I think one should be realistic. Each speaker appears to have a single driver that's less than two inches in diameter. Since it runs off AC power rather than batteries, you can actually get these to be pretty loud, although the sound distorts at the highest volume setting. I was glad to see no wall wart or lump-in-the-line adapter; the AC cord goes directly into one of the speakers. This cord is about 4 feet long so you will need to be relatively close to an AC outlet or have an extension cord handy. Having a headphone jack on one of the speakers is a nice touch since you are likely using a headphone jack to connect these. Bottom line: I got what I wanted; speakers that delivered more volume than my laptop's built-in speakers. They don't sound great, but for the money I spent I consider them a good value, assuming they last a while.

Received same day, which was good. However the product has been opened and resealed. When I tried to use it, it did not work. Discovered it had a broken wire to the connection pin. Had to return it. Items should be checked before restocking so this does not happen.

Although this product only cost $11.00 it was absolutely useless. The sound that is produced by these speakers is terrible and I mean terrible. Distorted, muffled, static and just unable to provide any audible music. The manufacturer should just stop making this one.
