Logitech Stereo Headset H111

Good shipping time!

picture had a foamed mic which it didn't have on one received. descrition shoulg state that there's no switch. good price which should have been my indication

Purchased these as I needed them that day (also put on order a better set). PC Experience-- These are horrible on the PC, I had to get a splitter plug (single jack into dual plug) in order to make the microphone and speakers work. But the sound quality was horrible, after messing with my sound adjustments, I had the mic settings on 100 with booster of 20db and could pretty much only hear static. Mobile Experience-- These definitely worked better on the mobile device, although the sound was softer then I would prefer. Overall-- These were very comfortable and I could even adjust them to uncover one ear, which was nice. The mic rotates over the headband to be placed on either left or right side of your mouth. The cord is long enough for comfortable hands-free use. These were returned.

When you try to order electronics from Walmart these days, they farm out your order to garbage independent companies that send you used, non-working, or incorrect items because they assume (apparently) that you won't care that they've mailed you trash. These headphones are fine when you have a new pair not sent from one of Walmart's vendors, but I would steer clear of ordering any electronics from these junk vendors. The garbage they sent me had hair still stuck in the ear phone and a missing foam mic cover.

About 90% of my words were misinterpreted. I was unusable.

because you sell through walmart and there return policies should be chaged good luck

Sent me a used set I paid for new.

Wasn't compatible with my pc, no matter how many times I tried and how many online solutions I worked on. It's a windows 7, but I think it was just hardware incompatibility.

This headset did not come with adapters ! Ordered new phones from Walmart site to fit head phones but cannot use ! Requested a refund on headphones only but have not heard from a repres yet??? They suggested I insure the return but the item was $11.00 !! Doesnt pay to insure and I am hoping to receive a credit ?? Then I will continue to use this site!! Hope they can accomodate my request??

Shoppers should know that this headset has limitations due to its fat plug size. Shoppers should know that the ad does not contain any detailed information on the plug size -- such as what jacks and devices it does and does not fit. They should also know that the vendor -- AmzBuys -- offers to take it back but does not reimburse postage -- even though the reason for the return is the failure of their ad to adequately describe what the headset plug fits. Although it fits many devices, it is too fat for the jack in my standard Panasonic satellite phone -- which some other head sets definitely fit.
