L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Butterfly Mascara, Blackest Black

Like many of you, I've experimented with different brands and types of mascara. For me, the Butterfly mascara by L'Oreal Paris is the definitive choice. The color, texture, length of lashes, and brush are great. Most importantly, this is the ONLY mascara that protects rather than breaks my eyelashes. If it didn't flake, it would be perfect. Still, there are many reasons why I no longer experiment with other options. 2 Thumbs Up!

I like the fact that the wand comes separate from the product so it hasn't been sitting in the mascara for months or years. The mascara goes on easily and just a couple of coats with the long side of the brush makes my lashes curl up and look longer. I use the short side to do the lower lashes without making the mess I usually make there. I got my first of this product on special on Amazon. The price then went up before I could order more so I went back to my favorite place, Walmart.

I've been purchasing this mascara for several years and haven't found one that I like better. I love the way this mascara makes my lashes look. They look full, long and dark. Will continue to purchase this mascara.

I have purchased this mascara twice before. I love the built in comb tip. It's great for getting the smaller lashes on the edges of my eyes. It is generally good for separating lashes. I have thin, barely- there lashes, but this has great color and coverage with a natural look. It's also waterproof so it doesn't smear.

I have been looking for a mascara that doesn't clump and I finally found one. I have had no eye irritation with this product either.

this product is the very best mascara I have ever used. It is absolutely wonderful. The best on the market.

I would recommend just for you to try it yourself. As for me, it was good just made my lashes look a little boneless. With another mascara it layers good though and adds volume.

I like this mascara and I have been looking for one that is similar to "Lash Architect" since L'Oreal decided to discontinue it a few years ago. This one has the lengthening, thickening and staying power as Lash Architect, however, the brush takes some getting used to. The brush is intended to "fan out" the lashes on the outer aspect of your eye. I have had no problem doing that with regular brushes, but this brush is specifically for that. It does grab on to the outer lashes more than other mascara brush designs, but I really like this mascara because I always get compliments when I wear it. It just makes my lashes look amazing all around, not just the outer lashes. I purchased the darkest black color and it really does a great job of adding length, thickness, and best of all, it stays on all day and does not flake off. I gave it 4/5 stars because Lash Architect is still the best.

I am so disappointed i requesting you bring back the Loreal volumous butterfly mascara. I have used this for years and it is the best as far as I am concerned on the market. I have not found a better product. I have tried other mascaras none match it.

My poor rating is due to the discontinued product only. This is hands down the best mascara. The unique wand design made my lashes look amazing. L'Oréal has countless mascara, with the old school wand. Why remove this product that was the only one in your line. Such a disappointment. I will have to move to a different brand.
