✨ Very stretchy band %26 weights slide on band. Weights dont look like they're designed to come off. Soft feel to silicone weights. I ordered the 2 lb. version which will last quite a while in my workouts—ankle or wrist.💕
These are great after bicep tear surgery. Getting started back with weights.
