Brought my gluucose level down and I lost 8 lbs in one week.

I waited over 3 months to leave a thorough review because I wanted to see if this Berberine product really made a difference. I recently got my blood test results and I'm happy to report the following improvements. My hdl cholesterols went from low to normal range. My triglyceride cholesterol went from a high 169 to 157. Not at the 150 normal range yet but I'm happy for the significant improvement, In my cbc blood test my hematocrit, neutrophils and lymphocytes which were either slightly under or above from normal range are now all at normal level. Unfortunately there was no improvement on my glucose a1c level which is 6.9 surpassing prediabetic level but to be honest I was over indulging in sweets. I'm taking my diet more seriously now so I'm hoping to see a improvement on my glucose when I obtain my next blood tests in September. I'm very satisfied with this Berberine from Lumanutrition and will continue to be a customer. Unfortunately, The company has been out of stock of Berberine for a couple of months and I'm on my last bottle. I ordered Berberine from another reputable company for the mean time. I'm also considering taking Berberine blended with ceylon cinnamon to help lower my glucose level.

i was using metformin and it used to make me sick. i started using berberine ad i feel much better.

This product works has excepted just beware the first week causes you will be going to the toilet a lot then after that your body will get used to it , I take 2 pills with every meal

It gets stuck in your throat even with a lot of water.

Good product

This supplement did nothing for me. I took it for a month, perhaps after more time something could happen. I took it to help me with Type 2 Diabetes and to loose some weight, but nothing.
