This can opener is awesome - it is so quiet and so easy to use. The fact that it can be charged with the USB cable and doesn't need batteries is a game changer. Would highly recommend.

Learning to use the can opener was challenging and once I learned, it was easy.

The concept has value but function is sorely lacking. Latching onto cans is hit or miss. When it does work, there are metal shavings atop the can so one must be extremely careful to not allow these into the food. I do not open many cans. Only a few per week. After less than 5 months, function has ceased. The unit continually stalls. Chancing that it may just be a dull blade, we installed the supplied new blade. No change. Even on a full charge this unit no longer opens anything. Not a good purchase.

Absolute crap. Needs to run at least four (best it did) or more times to "open" a can yet you'll still need to try prying it open. The reality is that you may need to run it a dozen times over the can just to get an edge to get under. I definitely don't recommend.

This opener works once out of 5 or 6 tries. It sometimes catches and opens the can, and sometimes doesn't.

The font used for the instructions is very small (I had to get a magnifying glass out). The amount of instructions is minimal. I have had it charging for four days, the charge light is blue but it isn't working.

The thing looks very good and the materials are good on the outside. We were excited about the thing hoping it worked as good as it looked. My wife had a lot of cooking she had to get done and started using the can opener. The lids were hard to get off after the opener finished and it broke and got stuck on the third can. Very disapointing.

The opener broke down midway thru the 3rd can. Now I can't get a refund!!

We couldn't get it to grip the cans . It would just spin . I ended up returning it

it only worked one time. and even then i had to pry the can open. i was very disappointed.
