My very favorite ankle brace. Easy to use and comfortable. You do need to copy how to put them on since there are no diagrams and even though they are in packages marked right or left, maybe it is just me, but first time it was helpful to have copied the diagram on Walmart site.

I wear this at night to stop rolling my ankles. it's lightweight, I could wear with shoes if I need to. little big around the heals but it doesn't mess with anything. If you have problems getting them on a first, just refer to the picture on here.

Fantastic! Better than I expected! I broke my ankle in 4 places so this helps with my balance. I use this for my pool therapy and it helps prevent some of my pain.

I found this set of braces to fit a little small. I ordered a large. More complete directions for wearing would be helpful. (I went back to the pictures on the original listing to better understand the process.) Having said that, they do seem to provide adequate support and are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I have high hopes they will prevent additional injury to my ankles.

Good quality for a light weight brace, provides support but light enough to wear with running shoes or work boots. You get what you pay for, don't expect more than 30 days of everyday use.

VERY heard to figure out. Finally decided maybe too small.
