seems to be working on reducing my swollen legs, my right ankle ached more than the other, since starting this product it doesn't ache anymore, hopefully by the end of the bottle I won't need to buy again because I will see the veins of my feet again, my shoes will fit better too.

If you suffer from swollen legs ankles and feet and tried everything to get the swelling to go done even just a little. I can feel your pain. I'm on a new adventure in my life that I don't want to take anything that's not healthy for me. So my right ankle swelled up twice it size I couldn't move my foot that is how bad it was. I couldn't put shoes on thank goodness my winter boots were wide enough so I could wear something on my foot. I digress sorry so I investigated what mineral or vitamin or both I would need to try to get the swelling to go down. I was looking through on line items and was shocked to see the prices. I then went into my app and pulled it up in seconds. I paid almost half than others for the same product. So happy I doubled check this item. I've been on it now for two weeks and it has decreased the swelling but it has a little ways to go and it has stopped the brain fog I was going through. I can actually say the correct names for my children. Highly recommended so far I will come back with more of an update down in a couple on f months to let you know my results.

never received item told there was DeLay so canceled they still billed me anyway said they shipped it never received got refund so I have no idea if it was worth it or not but obviously if they can't ship it and still want to bill you it's not worth it
