I never noticed even taking one, yet 500mg of just maca is fine. I don't know if that's a quality issue or extract issue. When you "change chemicals", you change how the body absorbs them.

Go with flavonoid-rich or pure cocoapower instead
Waste of money. This maca does not work. Buy flavonoid-rich cocoa power instead, like unsweetened 70% to 100% cocoa powder. 100% cocoa powder works much much better than maca. Is there any way to get a refund?
