Helps mood
This l. Reuteri probiotic helps with mood as well as digestion. Someone in my family was feeling depressed but after taking this just 2 days felt much more cheerful.

To clean out your gut a little bit
It does help with your gut health I will say that but I have not received any sizeable difference on my testicles like it said possibly could happen when taking enough

Read Closely
I'm sure it's a good product. Unfortunately, I had throw it away. I meant to buy just L. Reuteri. I was going to make an L. Reuteri Yogurt. Can't do that with all of the other stuff in this mixture.
