It does help with your gut health I will say that but I have not received any sizeable difference on my testicles like it said possibly could happen when taking enough

I'm sure it's a good product. Unfortunately, I had throw it away. I meant to buy just L. Reuteri. I was going to make an L. Reuteri Yogurt. Can't do that with all of the other stuff in this mixture.

I have been using this to produce Dr Davis's yogurt. I use ultra pasteurized A2 whole milk, a capsule of this probiotic and one tablespoon of inulin per quart jar. I divide 1 half gallon between 3 Mason quart jars, place them in a water bath at 100 degrees ( sous vide setting in instant pot). I ferment for 24 hours. I find the texture better for me at 24 hours, Dr Davis recommends 36 hours. Works great. You can also use previous batch. Works great.

I'm feeling more myself since starting to take L Reuteri capsules once a day. It's been six weeks. For about a week now I've taken them twice a day. I feel more centered, with enhanced digestion and energy. I look forward to making the yogurt described by Dr William Davis, but for now I'm delighted that simply swallowing the capsules has a noticeably positive effect.

I think these gave me stomach burns. Once I stopped them, my pain was gone. Seems like they made me eat more.

I have not tried this product yet. I want to make Dr. Davis L Reuteri Yogart and needed to know if this will work in place a a very expensive one that he suggests buying. I do not know why I am not able to click to make a 1 in the yes box for helpful in a review below' I am disappointed. That's all! I spend many dollars on Swanson and hope that the website works.....
