I had bought from another vendor earplugs that were cylindrical. The Mack's slim fit are not only tapered, they are slimmer and are much easier to fit into my ears! The cylindrical larger earplugs were impossible to fit sturdily and they would not stay in my ear. These slim fit are indeed perfect for smaller ears.

OMG wow. Regular earplugs would hurt after a while. Then removing them would be very painful. My ear canals would hurt while trying to remove the earplugs. And twisting them took multiple attempts because only the outside part would turn, until the middle caught up. Hard to explain. I guess it turns out I have small ear canals because these slim ones are PERFECT. As someone with super small ear canals and trouble staying asleep, these are LITERAL LIFESAVERS!!! It's like the whole world goes completely silent when you put these in... and you don't even notice them there because they're so soft. 100000/10 for sleeping, doing housework, and for if you just want a moment of peace to yourself... truly amazing!

These soft earplugs work well for my Mom who needs to prevent water from getting into her ears when showering. The smaller size is perfect for a small person.

These work well for my tiny ears. They don't pop out. Love the material used. Squish them small to get a good fit, then wait until they slowly expand and close off all sound.

I've been using these for years at night so my sleep is undisturbed by air conditioner noise, sirens, and other sounds of city life. They muffle the noise, don't cut out all sound, which is good for safety reasons. The foam earplugs are soft and comfortable, and the slim fit is best for me.

Walmart sent this to the wrong address and won't refund me even though they sent delivery photo of the wrong address!!! Spent 4 hrs dealing with this via chat and email. They promised to give me a refund and then changes their minds. I have to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau!!
