This is an amazing product. I dont have to worry about touching the dirty water, I can spray it out and it is pretty clean. I love how I ordered enough pads so I can switch out daily and wash them with my regular laundry. This product is great with having small dogs and kids.

This mop works perfectly -- I love it! I think some of the negative reviews are using the mop incorrectly, which I admittedly did the first time as well. When dipping the mop to wash or dry it, you have to lead with the correct side of the mop (the side that sort of "hooks" the mop head onto it, if you have the mop you'll understand what I mean), or the pad will catch and wrinkle up. Once I understood that, the mop was very easy to use!

It was missing one of the drain plugs but after corresponding with an agent they promised to send me a new one. I did use it with just the one side and was able to mop my floors in half the time. With my disability ofDegenerative dish disease and severe arthritis that is a huge help because those types of chores are extremely painful. This was simple and easy. The only thing I wish is that it had 1 more handle piece. Being 5 foot 8 inches tall I had to bend over quite a bit to mop which did cause me some pain and discomfort in my back.

Love this mop! I got it quick and it was very easy to set up. I have used it about once a week just for general maintenance. Also had to use it on my floor where my cat had an accident. Always been super simple and easy! Love love love.

I love the idea of the individual sections. I enjoy using the mop. The problem is that the mop does not freely move through the dry portion the bucket. I have to force it down and out of the opening. I have only used it once but I am too discouraged to work so hard to use an apparatus that was designed to make the job easier.

quality very poor bucket plugs dont stay in under pressure of water, it has a crack at a seal and so cheap! Dont waste any money stick with swifter . As you “mop” the handle comes unscrewed easy and bends its cheap aluminum pads are good

can't get the mop in the water without the bucket ripping off the pad !!!! please advise Carol Krieg

So this came broken. I had to tape the mop together. Also the bucket was dirty. Clearly not a new product.
