For the price it looks as if it could be a great product we will see I does have a high amount of Zinc. but it has all the other magnesium that one needs

Well I just started a new and healthy lifestyle so I've been taking other supplements. In fact i take a half dose plus a half dose of magnesium l-Threonate hoping to take advantage of all magnesium sources. I do feel clear heeaded and less absent minded and focused. Good luck!!!

I've been taking it for about a week. I do feel like I'm sleeping better and not so drained during the day. There's no taste to it as most vitamins which is always a plus. My only small gripe would be that you have to take 2 a day instead of 1 so it won't last as long which I didn't realize when I purchased.

I like the product easy to take. The taste is ok.
