For the price it looks as if it could be a great product we will see I does have a high amount of Zinc. but it has all the other magnesium that one needs

It seems to be the best buy for Magnesium supplements that I've checked out, and WalMart seems the lowest cost supplier. But I am not an expert on this.

really like this vitamin, worth the money

I've been taking it for about a week. I do feel like I'm sleeping better and not so drained during the day. There's no taste to it as most vitamins which is always a plus. My only small gripe would be that you have to take 2 a day instead of 1 so it won't last as long which I didn't realize when I purchased.
