I love these they absorb nice on your stomach without food, the taste is not bad and I have had no side effects. If I need to boost your calcium and magnesium theses are the way to go. Always check with your health care provider before taking any vitamins so they will not counter act with any medications you might be taking.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that I actually can take these without food, and still not get a stomach ache. It can be hard to find magnesium that doesn't require taking it with food in order to avoid nausea or stomach pain, but these do the trick!

It is hard to find a supplement that is so targeted to include specific items. At my age I needed magnesium, Vitamin B6 and 12 with calcium. This company had just what I needed. I am glad I discovered Rainbow Light.

How do I know if it works? I like these although they are large. Plant based and somewhat expensive.
