I had taken the prenatal vitamin (which I loved). Then for about a year I took nothing. I added this multivitamin and realized what I had been missing. I noticed an improvement in my energy (did not dip as low in the afternoon) and I felt better in other small ways. I appreciate additions this vitamin has beyond what typical multivitamins include.

I had been taking Prenatal One when I was pregnant. Now I switched to Women`s One. It`s the best vitamin for me. I like that there is no artificial colors or added sugar. Tablets are pretty big but they are packed with vitamins, minerals and super foods. Highly recommend!

I've been taking these for years. I have tried the one pill a day version, but there was no way to swallow that monster pill. These are not small, but are much easier to swallow. Also, I like to be able to spread the pills out, so I get a steadier level of supplements.

I really like this vitamin. I think I feel better on it, but it's harder for me to detect changes in my body. the only think is that my pee is neon green, which makes me wonder if I need all the vitamin in here. still, it puts my mind at ease that this fills in gaps in my diet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted to start taking vitamins again so I was excited to get these to try out. I was a tad sad when I realized how big the capsules are. I've always struggled taking pills and these are a tad big for me. I took them for almost a month. I couldn't tell of anything different at least not yet. There's no taste because they are in capsules. Overall I would continue to take them if they were smaller or a gummy form.

I need more nutrients in my diet as it's hard for me to get my daily recommended amount and a vitamin supplement that claims to have "real food nutrients", "ready to absorb minerals", "supports normal energy yielding metabolism", "support heart function", "support healthy brain function" I thought it was an amazing match. First, the pills are huge! It was hard to swallow them and I felt like they could easily get stuck in my throat. I also didn't know that there would be proprietary blends of ingredients in this either. I'm not a fan of proprietary blends of supplements because while it may tell you how much of the blend is in there, it doesn't tell you how much of any one ingredient of the blend is in it. I feel like that makes consistency a little harder to achieve from pill to pill. I also didn't know before signing up to receive these that you're not suppose to take them if you have an allergy to ragweed, which I do. These do not use methylated vitamins such as methylated folate so if you have methylating issues like I do you may not find them beneficial. I also don't have normal metabolism as I have PCOS (which has changed its name recently to recognize the endocrine and metabolic disorder it is). I am also very likely dealing with histamine intolerance and/or MCAS and some of these ingredients don't go well with those conditions. This may be why I felt incredibly sick after taking them even following the directions to a tee. I was nauseous and sick to my stomach but had I known I wasn't suppose to take them with my allergies and conditions I could have saved myself the pain. Please talk to your doctor before taking anything.
