I was suffering from leg cramps in both legs everyday and everynight..this product was suggested so I bought it. It took about 2 weeks but I do not suffer from leg cramps anymore.

Liked that it had a higher dosage, although 2 capsules are required. Just started taking it so not sure how much it will help, but have not had any adverse reaction to it. Overall a good value.
