Good Supplement for bones and muscles
First, check with your doctor before taking any supplement. These are easy to swallow capsules with magnesium oxide that easily absorbs to help with muscle relaxation and better sleep. I take mine every night at bedtime and find that it helps me get to sleep and stay asleep.

Easy to take - magnesium citrate
I like that you only need one pill. Most other forms of this type of magnesium are in the form of two giant pills that are hard to swallow.
