Best magnesium gummy there is. I take thid for leg cramps and I have tried EVERY gummy, but this is the best tasting.
It works to keep your body vitals in check.
Easy to consume and will be able to continue with regular regimen for the remainder of the year.
Work great in increasing magnesium and help with going to the bathroom. Taste could be improved.
