Effective for muscle cramps.
My husband's neurologist recommended this dosage for muscle cramps at night. After only a week, he noticed a difference.

not sure what to rate.. read on
Doc said I need, but as instructions state and my Doc warned me, there are side effects one being diarrhea, which i had. so just be careful and don't over buy until you know.

Just what thedoctor ordered ....truly!!
My internist told me that my blood test showed a lack of this and I am delighted with the change to my daily life walk!!! Cannot say it will help everyone ... just that it helps me.

Large, but effective
This and some other supplements were recommended by my neurologist to help with migraine prevention. After a few weeks, I've noticed a reduction in symptoms so I feel it has helped, I just wish the pills weren't as large and uncoated. Well worth it when weighed against a migraine or the side effects of some prescriptions, though.
