The Best, my favorite
This is my favorite Kombi, never disappointed, but price has really gone up. I cook it in with my eggs and put it in my seafood gumbo, or just eat it right out of the bag.

Maine Coast Organic SeaKelp Wild Atlantic Kombu
It smells fishy but the taste is good. I soak it and then cut it very tiny because it is a little tough. Once its small enough you don't notice the toughness and still has big flovor.

this kelp is full of minerals that our bodies need to stay healthy. I use it to make mineral broth but also put it into any thing with liquid that i'm cooking. Just take 2 inch piece for things like cooking whole grains & 4 or 5 inch piece for a pot of soup,stew or chili . wash off the white salt & throw it in the pot.
