Love how comfy it is. Padded vs some of the harder, still slick vinyl plastic types. My baby has solid footing while I just enjoy the softness. Appreciate its length. So many are short at one end or the other. Also appreciate the bright white color so it's easy to see hair or debris left on it. Because it is so big, it needs to come up most showers. Otherwise I notice water underneath even hours later. So we took to hanging it on the wall afterwards. No moldy issues. No slip or slide.
This bath mat is worth the money. It is everything that the listing says it is. I was not disappointed! Perfect fit. Easy placement, NO Slipping and soft. Machine washable and vibrant color that is not fading. Definitely better than expected and met my needs
This is a very comfortable bath mat for showering. I have purchased this mat many times- not because of a quality issue, this is a great product. My bathroom is very humid and I had to learn how to control mold. It provides a nice grip, and does not feel slippery even after using all the products during an “everything shower”. There are a lot of suction points, so it's best to set it in place, with some moisture on the bottom of the tub, and walk all over it to make it stick. I pull it up and stick it to the shower wall every day (using just the suctions at the top of the mat) to prevent mildew. I have found that this makes them last much longer. I've used all 3 colors they offer, currently using white. That's a brave thing to do during the summer sandal season, but it still looks great!
This is the most comfortable to stand on and inexpensive tub mat I've used. It covers 90% of the tub bottom and is totally non-slip. After using, pull up and shake excess water. Hang to dry on towel rack. That will help prevent mold from forming around the suction cups. With daily use by two people, I buy a replacement approx once per year.
We have a very large tiled shower, so, at any given time, I have four of these mats on the shower floor. The taupe matches our tile perfectly, they are longer than many other mats, and the price seems quite reasonable. Our water is very hard, so the mats turn a range of ugly oranges from the mineral deposits (not the mat's fault), so I end up rotating the mats around and throwing away the one or two worst ones and getting replacement mats. The only bad thing I have to say, and which is why I only gave it four stars, is sometimes the suction cups don't stick very well. About every fourth mat lacks good suction power, and it tends to slide when you step on it. Not good. No matter what I do, it won't stick. So I take it out and use it for other purposes (a place to put dirty shoes in the garage, under dog beds, etc. I will keep buying them.
This uses suction cups to adhere to tub/shower. Would suggest making sure the cups are all stuck before using in shower. Overall, after first use of trial and error, with some lifting around the edges, it has been a good product. Soft on bare feet and appears to be easy to clean.
The color was perfect. That's why I purchased it. The texture is very squishy and doesn't have enough drainage to let the water out. The entire thing moves around when you are showering because the suction cups don't adhere to the tub. I've pushed them down several times and they just won't stick. It is one you're going to have to hang over the tub and let dry because again it doesn't have much in the way of drainage and holds the water.
I bought this to prevent myself from slipping in the shower/tub. It does not adhere to the floor of my tub at all. It slid and buckled under my feet. I almost fell like it was worse with the mat than without. The only plus is that it's a little cushioned. It'll probably be nice for my kid to sit on when he takes a bath. That's not what I bought it for though, so big thumbs down from me.
DO NOT BUY!!! It does not stick to the floor and is very dangerous!!! I installed correctly and pushed ALL suction cups down properly prior to showering and it still didn't stick properly. I stepped into my shower and it came out from under me and slipped out of place immediately when my foot touched it. It caused a major accident where I dislocated my knee cap. This is a major safety issue and not worth your injury!!!
This is a simple bath mat, so I did not think to read the reviews before purchasing. It has two jobs: stick to the tub floor, and prevent slipping. It does neither. I feel like I'm riding on Aladdin's carpet in my bathtub, because it just floats up and caresses the bottom of my legs no matter how hard I try to press it back down. The suction cups are purely decorative. This mat is so bad at preventing slips, in fact, that it actually CAUSES slips. I'm only writing this review because my 7 month and I almost took a joint trip to the ER because I got it to AVOID falling with a slippery infant in my arms.
