Great product. I was surprised by the quality and looks. Just like the other more expensive brands but at an affordable price.

Disappointed that to drain the sink you have to actually touch the drain cover to open %26 close. It doesn't come with lever to pull between the handles. Thankfully we had one. My husband was able to take out the pin %26 put one from a different faucet we had. Sorry I don't know the name of that mechanism. It is cute looking for a small bathroom pedal still sink. I would not use it for a regular size bathroom sink.

I have never opened the item of interest. However, I already have the same thing installed and I have been in this house for 11 years and I have never had any issues with it. Therefore I deem it to be a decent product. One thing that is notable though, is that I accidentally ordered a black one and I received a nickel one instead. In my opinion, if I order something like this intentionally and it is out of stock, any old other substitute is not an acceptable response. I would have preferred to have been informed and redirected or at least ask me. To me, this is just common courtesy.

Did not have stickers for hot water and cold water side of faucet

The product arrived broken. There was an extremely slow water flow. Had to replace with the original until I purchased another one. Considering that the product looked to be a returned item…I figured that me returning it would cause someone else the same problem…so we just scrapped it…it was $20. We will live.

The faucet looks nice, but it is an overflow drain kit, so it may leak with a sink that does not have overflow (like ours.) It drove me crazy for hours until I figured this out. Nothing on the page says this is an overflow drain.

I gave a one-star rating as my order has been delayed due to shipping. I'm unable to answer satisfaction as I haven't received my order
