easily replaced my box fan.. easier to clean and it's more powerful. also, the frame is metal so it has great durability. my favorite thing is that the pedestal it's on is small but heavy so it can fit in almost any area . combine all of that with easy assembly and what do you have to lose

This fan puts out cool air. This a fan I should have purchased long time ago. The control knobs could be in a better position but blowing cool air is the importance! It was easy to assemble but husband had to tighten base. I have to keep dial on two in bedroom because it blows wind so strong. I googled this fan and I am one happy customer. Husband no longer complain about being hot. I was surprised of how well the fan works because price was very reasonable. I do recommend buying this fan and I will purchase again.

Excellent value, easy to assemble, strong airflow. PLUS: Strong pinpoint airflow can be felt across a room. Low cost. Long cord. No vibration. MINUS: Round speed control knob is hard to grab and turn. Low speed is pretty fast. Along with the strong airflow comes noise, this fan, although not loud is not silent. Low speed could be a tad lower. OVERALL: I'd buy another. Very strong airflow. After a day or so you don't hear it anymore.

This fan is so much nicer than I had imagined. It has a metal base and has weight to it so that it doesn't tip over. It has three speeds and the power level is phenomenal. I definitely will be buying another one for my second floor. Extremely impressed!!!

Fan has been outside on covered patio virtually year round for over 4 years and still works as great as day one! We LOVE it's utterly silent operation whether oscillating or stationary, it's reliability, and ease of taking apart to clean. Plus, it really blows a powerful blast of air on high setting! Even on low you get a nice breeze 10 feet away. We ordered 2 more this year for indoors and garage. Stick your face in this bad boy on a hot summer day after mowing the grass, niiiice!!!😁 Superb product, couldn't be happier!

It is easy to assemble, it is sturdy and has a powerful motor and will cool a large room easily. Definitely would buy again.

Perfect size, powerful wind speed, easy setup, and great value for the price. I am amazed at how well this is made and easy for one person to put together. Reasonably quiet to my taste. I thought the low price was an error for an 18" fan or that it would be flimsy but it has completely surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend!

This fan is great! With a couple of these, we don't even need to use the A/C until the temperature gets over 95 degrees or higher. This is the first summer I've stayed cool enough by just using fans. It's really cutting down on the electric bill.

Pretty straightforward to assemble. I like the fact that this has a small but heavy base, and metal front and rear grills. The head and pole assembly are secured using screws/threaded fasteners unlike most Lasko fans. Three speeds: high, medium, and low. But low is still too loud/blows too hard for nighttime bedroom use. This fan is best suited to the living room, kitchen, garage, or gym/workout room - where lots of airflow is needed but noise isn't too big of a concern. My particular unit had noisy bearings out of the box, but I'm sure this could be fixed by cleaning out and relubricating the motor with something like 3-IN-ONE (SAE 20) motor oil. The fan blade is fairly sturdy, but slightly out of balance.

The box had definitely been opened, pryer to me receiving it! The base was shattered into multiple pieces. I sent it back and asked for a replacement and still haven't received that. I am so frustrated with Walmart. Deliveries to the wrong house on multiple occasions! I am going to be buy everything from Amazon from now on. Walmart needs to do better!
