These are very sturdy tools. I expect they will hold up even when mixing very thick batters and other stiff contents. They aren't coated which may or may not be a good thing. We're satisfied. I used the flat-edged tool to constantly stir hot oil and flour to make a roux for well over 30 minutes, and the edge didn't suffer any damage.

I have heen without wooden kitchen utensils. They came quickly. I used 2 of them today for my stir fry. I couldn't have been the same without the. They are the right length and they are thick enough to be sturdy. I recommend 100!

I thought these are great wooden spoons for the money. Way cheaper than the ones on Amazon and they seem to be better. I like that I got a variety. I would recommend these.

I bought a set in store that is bamboo and finished. Wanting more at home I ordered these. They are unfinished and feel rough. I worry about getting splinters. Go to the store so yiu can feel them!

I think they are good, I haven't gotten that far yet I did see that the Box that the macaroni salad was in is really mashed up but I think the salad is OKAY!!
