Mainstays 52" Black Traditional Indoor Ceiling Fan with Light, Pull Chain Control & Reverse Airflow

I'm a handyman professionally; fan installs occur often. never have I installed 4 fans in a row and had all 4 of them run on high with NO WOBBLE out of the box! very impressed. I didn't really care for the whimpy low-lumen 60w equivalent led light bulb that was supplied. I ordered the 150w equivalent led bulbs to sufficiently brighten each space. for a budget hugger type fan it checks every box for contractor/rehabber/budget frienly fan.

This fan is very quiet,lovely to look at and a nice addition to my living room.

Exactly what I was needing. Came with the light kit and a bulb, great value and price.

This product met my needs very well. It was great to be able to check out in the garden center.

It's a basic ceiling fan that does what a ceiling fan should do. Having just the one light isn't super bright, but it works.

Great product for price and good size not too small but not big enough for a huge space. Love the color and very sturdy.

The fan is attractive and the instructions are good, well written. Fan was installed a few weeks ago, it is quiet and moves the air quite well. Cons, things to know: No hardware included for mounting the bracket. Very difficult to attach the light housing- not the actual light but the cover that goes on prior to the light- you will really need some patience here- very small screws and hard to get to holes to put them in to.

Love the look, hated the assembly. incomplete directions and all the screws in one package with several different lenghts. Hard to figure what went where.

Light is very dim, does not brighten the room, the fan doesn't turn without making a loud screeching noise that grinds metal large cup above the fan
