Mainstays 7/16" Magnetic Drapery Rod, 16-28", White

I got this for a classroom date hanger. It didn’t stick to my white board very well, but it holds on to my metal door perfectly! It even supports all the weight of the laminated cards and rings.

This has a sticky pad on each end that I didn't realize was part of it. Without the sticky part, the magnet wouldn't be strong enough to stick to our door. I don't know if that's because of the curtain rod strength or something with our door, but either way it works well with a set of light curtains. I would be careful with any that are a heavy linen or velvet. The style is nice. Good value for our money.

there are some sort of stickers on the magnets... DO NOT PEEL THEM OFF! They are called nonslip and prevent the rod from sliding down. This was not the clearest in the instructions as I'm used to having to peel stickers off. it's why 4 stars. otherwise the value for the quality and ease of use is simple

This curtain rod was a game changer for my metal door. Previously I had to drill into the door to hang a rod. With this rod I can change height change of curtain size so easily. Go from valance to tea curtain without disrupting the door surface at all.

its a strong magnet but its not strong enough to hold heavier curtains. i have black out curtains, two pack and i only hung one. had to tape it up because it kept sliding. still would recommend cause its better than not having a curtain rod at all.

I am glad that I only purchased one of these. I really am not a huge fan of it. It looks cheap. Also, my curtains are pretty light and they constantly fall. I will not buy this product again.

I should've measured the sides ace before ordering these. They are the same size as the ones I have. Bummer, they certainly looked bigger in the picture. Lol. I won't do that again. I'm gonna to have return these. They are just like the lil dinky ones I have. Work to the wise. Measure ur space before ordering.

Mainstays 16-28 in. Cameron Adjustable Steel/Plastic Magnetic Drapery Rod, 7/16 in. Diameter, Black Great plan but there are two metal pieces that stick out by the magnets and scratches surfaces. I use on the side of my washer where I hang delicates. Was going to use for kitchen towel on refrigerator but it scratched it. fine on washer but scratched my stainless steel refrigerator Fix that and you got a great product.

The magnetic rod supports are so weak that they hold virtually no weight. We put a set of sheers on the rod and it fell off of the steel door it was on. The manufacturer obviously knew that the magnets were weak since they placed a piece of two sided adhesive tape over each one so it would glue itself to a door.

I like that it was a magnet that would stick and hold my thing but every time you open and shut the door it falls so the magnets not that strong disappointed should have returned it but it's laying over here on my shelf yeah it's laying on the shelf I feel free I'll send you a picture of it sitting on a shelf
