pretty curtain rods
REALLY LIKE. Pretty sturdy curtain rods, the screws are kind of long...that come in the package. i would like the flat screws better and maybe shorter. i didnt use a drill or a hammer. So, it just takes longer to hang them on the wall, the long screws. kind of..i tried some shorter ones too %26 actually, they might have taken me longer to install. probably cause of the placement or the wall structure maybe

Love these rods, they look great in my kitchen and bathroom, come with all the accessories to hang them and I love anything with the crackle glass!

I ordered 6 of them. 4 were delivered. they were not in protective packaging and one of them was broken.

I never received this item, I was advised by customer service to cancel and reorder but it then was out of stock which is why I think I never received it originally

poor delivery no compensation or solution
i was highly upset how my item was delivered shattered. if i would've known i would receive this item in shatter i would not have ordered it. it was very nice online however and it would have looked mighty beautiful in my home but the glass was broken and i was not issued a refund nor a replacement which i would have been okay with. for a loyal customer at Walmart and a Walmart plus member i am highly upset with the customer service and deliveries lately. i would hate to go elsewhere. :(
