Mainstays – 8.5x11 Picture Frame – Walnut Document Frame Wall or Tabletop Photo Frame

The only thing I would not recommend is the WalMart shipping process. I ordered 16 frames, and had several come from stores locally, then one was shipped direct from a WalMart warehouse, then had some come from somewhere else. There apparently was no way for WalMart to acknowledge partial shipments, so I kept getting emails saying that I had received the entire order, then I received emails saying that I had received other amounts. When all was said and done, I was short 3 frames, that I had to process through WalMart Customer Service so that I could get those frames, too. Either order one at a time so you know what you are getting and when, or buy them direct from the local store.

These document frames appear high quality and more expensive than they actually are. I've bought cheaper frames in the past and you could tell how cheaply made those other ones were. These look really nice on the wall. I highly recommend if someone is looking for a nice quality frame but want an affordable price.

it worked out good framed a memorial certificate from VA signed by the President my husband was a veteran and he passed away few months ago looks nice the wood almost like the flag holder for the American flag that he received from the VA

A really good quality, attractive frame that is easy to load picture into and stands or hangs conveniently. Thank you for providing a quality product.

While the frame is lovely and nice quality, it was quite hard to access the back and remove the stapled-on cardboard corners that were attached with heavy duty staples. Not only did I need a flat-tip screwdriver, it was still difficult. The customer experience for this was ill-considered, but once I was able to pry up all the tabs and remove the staples, it looked good and the easel is attached well.

it's a nice frame by itself, but they put staple all in it to keep the edged cardboard on, and that is not so easy for me to get out

This frame is actually only 8x10 and will not fit anything larger. The color is nice, otherwise I would give it zero stars. The corners are extremely sharp, so that I cut my finger when trying to get the cardboard off. It's also impossible to remove the staples that are on the cardboard corners. I ruined a very important and irreplaceable photo that I had to force into the frame. I bought this frame because of the description of the size. All in all, EXTREMELY disappointing.

It looks nice but you'll need to trim your 81/2x11 documents as it's a bit short. Also they use huge staples to attach the corner protector which leaves ugly holes and marks after removing the staples

If size was correct I'd make it 4 star overall. But this frame does NOT HOLD AN 8.5X11 photo or certificate. The frame itself is shown on the product page to be 12.5 x 10 (and it IS) so one would assume since it's advertised as an 8.5 x 11 frame it would take that exact size photo or document. What a waste of time and energy! The actual 'window' dimensions should be clearly marked on the product page for buyers to see. The amount of photo or document that will ACTUALLY show in this frame is a smidgen less than 8" wide (NOT 8.5" wide) and a tiny bit over 10" high (NOT 11".). ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Terrible seller to mislead this way. I'm returning (another hassle.)

I ordered 6 frames, one of the frames arrived with broken glass. Wanted a replacement, thought they would accept a picture of broken glass, but no I have to repackage it and return to FedEx office. So it's not worth it, I'll just eat it. Second time I've been robbed by Walmart, they recently stole my $50 gift card I received for Christmas. Made several attempts to get my money back, but was unable to get money back, it was an e-card, I do not recommend sending one to a friend.
