Mainstays 9.5" Quartz Traditional Indoor & Outdoor Wall Clocks, Analog

The item was exactly as described on the website. However, I found a different product that I enjoyed more, and I returned this item. I 'm certain it does function as mentioned on the box.

Nice clock on the wall right next to my bed for when I can't find my smart watch or phone! I also like the thermometer lets me know if it's really warm or just me ! Can't hear it ticking either!

I first bought this clock to place inside of my garage. Having the humidity and temperature readings are a great bonus. I loved it so much, I bought one for my basement. I'm thinking about buying a third!

I originally was going to put this nice Mainstays Indoor/Outdoor Wall Clock outside on my porch, but when I got it, I decided to put it in my living room instead. It is a gorgeous color and fits in nicely with my decor. It is the perfect size at 8.75 in diameter. It is easy to get out of the packaging, there is a twist button on the back, simply twist it and you can remove the clock. Insert 1 AA battery (not included) and turn the dial to set the time. I love the large numbers and I can easily see what time it is even across the room. This Mainstays Indoor/Outdoor Wall Clock also has a temperature gauge and a humidity gauge. It does not have a loud "tick" which is a big plus in my book. It is well made and sturdy. I dropped it on my desk while putting it up, and it did not crack.

This is a utilitarian clock. I like the looks of it, and it's nice and silent. The small dials are too small to read across the room. The construction appears plasticky and the movement is inexpensive, but that's not necessarily a cause of failure. So far, so good.

The clock looks good overall with time, temperature %26 humidity features. It states for indoor/outdoor use. However I set time %26 placed near my pool deck. Two days later the clock failed to show correct time although the temperature %26 humidity worked. The hour hand got stuck %26 did not move. I had ordered online %26 I can't find the order number to return. This is a Mainstay item so I returned to store in original box but the Associate said she cannot give me a refund. I am very upset about this.

This clock is one of those products you do not return to the store if it does not function properly. You are instructed to call a third party, presumably the distributor, for resolution. I have called five times, each time receiving a recorded message that says the customer service agent is on another line but will return your call soon. I have been waiting for that return call for more than five weeks now. I think that is quite enough time to resolve the problem. I you think about it for a moment, you will realize this problem is not going to be solved. Only Walmart can fix this.

This is the second time i purchased this clock, i like the clock however on both clocks second hand gets stuck between the 7 %26 8 and it stops working. Very frustrating as i have experienced this twice

This is not the clock I ordered! It is a lesser quality version that was substituted by Walmart for the same price! Anything you order is subject to change regardless of you choices on line. All other items on this order were canceled by Walmart.

I have had this clock two days and it has already lost six minutes! The humidity gauge and temperature gauge are not accurate at all. What a waste of money!
