If you need bamboo to chop on it, and you can get this. Great price, great cutting board, great size. Won't dull your knife like tempered glass.Clean with soap and boiling water and let it dry out in the open after used. I love it for the price.

I like this Mainstays 100% Bamboo Cutting Board. It comes wrapped in plastic, so it is clean and fresh when you unwrap it. It l looks nice with the different shades of the natural bamboo. It also has some weight to it. It feels durable, & doesn't feel flimsy or lightweight. It is a large size which is great so I can lay out my fresh meat to cook with plenty of room. It's also roomy for cutting, slicing, & dicing different types of other food such as fruits & vegetables at once with having to cut some at once to make room for the rest. It has a large surface to do this all at once. The bamboo feels smooth and it is easy to wash. It says not to put it in the dishwasher, so hand washing is preferred. This cutting board has a groove around the entire edge of it to catch any liquid from the food so it helps to keep it from spilling and sliding off onto the counter. It looks nice as well. It makes a good serving tray as well, so it is versatile and can be used in various ways. It is great for the kitchen and comes in handy. I can cut my food on this rather than directly on my counter to protect it. It makes for easy clean up as well. I just pick it up & put it in the sink so I can wash it. I'd recommend it.

First, I was very pleased it arrived safely, but mostly I was very satisfied with the size and the quality of the cutting board and at a good price. I'd compared similar ones at other stores and Walmart had the best one in my price range.

Love this cutting board so much that I bought another so my daughter can help. It is the perfect size to chop up your veggies and it's heavy weighted enough that it's safe and doesn't scoot around and move on you as you are chopping. It cleans easily with wiping with soap and rinsing with warm water and then I oil it with Snow River wood oil to keep it conditioned and from drying out. I'm very happy with it. For the price it's a very nice cutting board.

This thing is huge! It's around a foot wide and a foot and a half long. I can sit it halfway across my sink and then rinse it off afterwards. It's really convenient. And it weighs a little over three pounds. So it has some substantial thickness that can take rough use from tenderizing your meats. It looks great and it's very useful in the kitchen. I use it to slice up my pork tenderloins on and tenderize them with a meat hammer before cooking. I love it! There's nothing I've found that I didn't like. And I would highly recommend it!

Didn't realize that maintenance with mineral oil once a month is required. Great value from Walmart. Excellent quality. Will buy again Mainstays from Walmart. Bought before. Very satisfied.

I use this cutting board every day. Knives don't dig too deep in it, so it stays easy to clean. It hasn't warped or cracked yet, so it's pretty sturdy. I'm not a fan of the grooves around the edges, so I just use the other side to cut on.

This is a very pretty cutting board. It would be great for when you host events to use as a display board. If you're using it as a more functional cutting board, it does get nicked and sliced easily and it also stains easily. The first thing I did was cut strawberries on it and it left some pink stains, and then I used a serrated knife on it and it scratched it up pretty good. I guess that is to be expected from bamboo, but other than that, it's a great cutting board and I appreciate the ridge around the edge to catch liquids.

Arrived with the packaging intact and without any damage. While running water over it to start cleaning, fibers started coming up. This could mean I need to oil the board or the quality is a little below what I expected.

I’ve been using this for about 2/3wks, the middle portion broke down and pulled off on the ends…the only thing we’ve used this for is to cut up meat after it’s been cooked. Definitely wouldn’t purchase or recommend to anyone.
