Mainstays Black Electric Digital Deep Sleep Alarm Clock with Large 1.4” LED Display (Model# 71035MS)

I needed a basic alarm clock and this fit the bill. It doesn't play music, which is fine with me. The red LED lights allow the time to be easily seen, day or night. I haven't needed to use the alarm but did test it and it worked perfectly. Great buy with a nice price too.

I needed a clock with big numbers for my man cave as the previous one bit the dust. This fit the bill and was reasonably priced. I won't be using it for the alarm function so I can't give any information on that. The numbers are large and bright enough for my purpose.

The digital numbers at this alarm clock are red bold. Also you can make them a little bit less bright. They're easy to read in the middle of the night. Our bedroom is dark and I could see them perfectly. I always know what time it is with this great alarm clock

I purchased another alarm clock for my mother and it was supposed to be a good brand. Well the alarm never went off which made it useless. So I purchased this Mainstays clock and she's never had an issue. She loves the giant numbers and the reliability of its alarming capabilities. So just because something is name brand doesn't always mean it's better. I'll be sticking with Mainstays.

I find this to be a great click. The appearance is neat and clean. The numbers are large but not overly so. The size of the clock is great as to not take up too much room wherever you place it. I would recommend highly!

The numbers are large very easy to see

Love the style and shape of this alarm clock and that the letters are actually RED and the snooze button is big and separate from all the rest. HOWEVER, my snooze button is now barely functional after only about a month or so of use. The power went out recently and I had to reset the clock. the brightness of the letters was up the entire way and to turn it down you just simply press and hold the snooze button. when I went to press it and hold it down to change the brightness for some reason this news button got stuck and wouldn't come back up so I had to jiggle it around a little bit and it finally did come back up. but now it is super hard to get it to snooze when the alarm is going off. for as lately as you have to press it and as little as it actually gets used I'm super disappointed that these news button is already giving out.

The clock was good based on the price point. Although you can use it with batteries or by plugging it in, for some reason, it wouldn't work with batteries. Tried a few brand new sets and it wouldn't work. The brightness of the numbers display is sufficient. The alarm is loud enough to wake you up.

This clock is cute, the numbers are bold and easy to read, and it occupies very little space. BUT the buttons are in the back instead of the front. It is frustrating setting the alarm, the time, etc because you can't see the numbers as you push the buttons. Major design flaw. If you don't mind this flaw, it is an excellent choice for a simple but elegant alarm clock. I'd say everything is perfect, except the location of the keyboard in the back of the clock.I had it for only a couple of days and decided to replace it.

I haven't had enough time to experience this product.
