Mainstays Citronella Mosquito Repellent Coils, 10 Pack

I buy these frequently. I live on 2 acres and mosquitos can become an issue. I do not like applying spray on my skin so I decided to give these coils a try. They work great for my needs and each one lasts for hours and they do keep the mosquitos at bay!

These little things are great. What a difference they make. I can tell the minute they burn out because I'm suddenly swatting away a mosquito. Wish I had tried these ages ago.

Our time outside has been so much better since we found these mosquito repellent coils! They do an amazing job of keeping bugs away. Great price too.

Great for outdoors and if you want to get rid of the flies and mosquitoes. Very effective. I put 3 around me and it helped.

Couldn't figure out that there are 2 coils molded together because only 5 pieces in the box, a couple of them broken. I lit the pieces and propped them up on the “holder”, they light easily and worked pretty well. The mosquitos did stay away after I lit them. The holder is somewhat worthless, but you can bend the little spike and wedge the pieces in. The smell is pleasant and it smokes so I'm happy with my purchase, especially since it was 50% off.

Keeps bugs away and you get a lot for the money. I had issues getting it on the little aluminum stand. Holes on coils didn't seem to match with the prongs on the stand. and instructions say loosen the rings of the coil which I did gently and it still broke.

I think these work ok, but the other brand I buy works better. The reason for 2 stars is that they completely crumbled out of the box. I've pulled apart dozens of mosquito coils, so I know how to do it, but these things just broke apart. Out of 4 pair (coiled together) I didn't get one full coil. Some of them broke into 3,4,5 pieces. They're pretty useless if you can't put them on the stand.

These are very fragile %26 break too easily to put complete coil on little metal stand. I just burn the little pieces so it's not a total waste. Will stick with the PiC brand as they're sturdier %26 the scent is stronger %26 repels mosquitos better.

Terrible packaging. Most of them broke apart when trying to separate them. The holder is flimsy and the coils fall over when placed. Do they work? Barely? There are better solutions out there.

No better than pressed cardboard that is smoldering. Burning next to me and didn't keep anything away.
