Let me start by saying the mini Ratchet alone is worth buying this bed frame! OMG I love the ratchet it comes with. The bed frame looks beautiful. Super easy to build if you actually read the instructions. And let’s not forget the ratchet!! We all need the ratchet. The bed frame works for a small bedroom or a big one. A solid bed frame. No squeaks. No movement of any kind. And the price is perfect.

This bed is super cute! It’s a lot lower than I expected but it worked out in our favor since one of our dogs is getting older and can’t really jump as high as he used to. The fabric backboard is super cute although not as high as I expected either. Neither of these are issues that affect my rating. Just things you could maybe consider when purchasing! We’ve had it about a month so far and I haven’t heard a single noise or had any issues with it. If anything changes, I will update!

To be honest, we took the instructions out of the box to look at them prior to taking the bed frame to college, and then forgot them. We actually assembled this without the instructions and went together without any issues! The bed frame is sturdy and the pieces fit together both aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound. My daughter loves it and it looks nice! Definitely recommend this product! Thanks!

My honest review is that this bed frame has a simple and elegant look. The light grey color perfectly matches my daughter's room decor. The old bed had a wooden spring that made noise whenever her friends sat and chatted 😅. Now, we have a mainstay platform bed frame with an iron spring that can hold up to 350 lbs, so there's no more embarrassment! It also features an adjustable headboard to accommodate different mattress sizes. I was able to give my daughter's room a makeover while staying within my budget. Thank you!

Overall for the price, ease of assembly and awesome little ratchet hex tool for assembly this is a great value. Did I mention a nifty little ratchet hex key?!?! I have a million hex keys from furniture, this is the most valuable and useful one I have ever received. This platform and headboard does the job without breaking the bank. Onto the rating, the reason a star is removed is that a few of the nutserts in the headboard were done hastily and poorly. There were two that were sunk too deep and at angles that would not allow the bolt to thread. Fortunately this was for one of the brace bars to keep it flat so we still got two set securely and it does the job. Keep in mind, every other part was put together easily, so for the price point having this issue where it was at was not a huge deal, if it had impacted the ability to properly assemble the frame/headboard we would have returned it. It all comes in one box, easy to carry with two people, assembly is faster with two people, but can be done solo. They have a QR code for an assembly video that is maybe 40 seconds long. It gives you a general idea, but the written instructions and well labelled parts are easy enough to figure out. Just pay attention as there are similar parts and it does matter. We found assembling closest to where it would be placed made it a quick job, however even in an assembled state it's not too heavy to move with a couple people.

What bothers me the most is the platform which is made of metal not wood planks. So before my bed had a chance to settle in it was slipping around quite a bit but thankfully, I have a gel mattress so it has settled in between the metal racks and hasn’t moved. I’m much prefer wooden planks.

I loved everything about this bed the price is very affordable and the quality is pretty good my one complaint is that on of the bars for building the bottle of the bed was not cut properly and was way too long to fit in the hole to screw together with the other parts. My husband had to cut off about an inch of the metal bar to be able to fit into the hole. Also Walmart took a week longer for the delivery than what was originally planned.

I was very excited to get this bed that it was a great deal. A great look great concept, and upon completing the overall frame, the headboard it was fine. Once I got to the part of adding the slats to complete everything they did not fit they kept falling out of the grooves when you put one groove on one side the other side would pop out. I’m still dealing with this so now I’m gonna have to buy a Board to put over this to keep the mattress from falling and the slats keep falling out is very unsafe and I’m very disappointed. I would not recommend.

spent hours putting together, just to have It got fit together up by headboard. very frustrating. now i have to take apart to return so i can get my money back

This bed is impossible to put together! The pieces do not line up and in no way did the head board line up to get attached. I already had the box cut up or it would be going right back. We have bricks in spots to hold it together and pressed against a wall for stability. Just as soon as I can I will be trashing it and buying a new one. No sense taking a picture cuz no one can see the props used.
