Mainstays Metro Glass Foaming Soap Pump and Metal Sponge Caddy, Clear, 5.12 in x 3.32 in x 7.94 in

I bought this to use for dispensing dish soap as it helps better control the amount of soap we go through with lots of kids. We mix our own foam soap solution and usually use the Dawn foaming dish soap bottle, but it was becoming more difficult to find. We also seemed to go through those bottles quickly as the pump would give out and need replaced. I was a little nervous from other reviews and the fact that it was glass but have been pleasantly surprised. We haven't had it for very long yet, so I can't attest to its longevity yet. But it feels solid, and the pump is working wonderfully thus far. It was a tiny bit stiff at first but eased up some after a few more pumps. It has been working even better than the Dawn one at making foam. This bottle holds a good amount, so we are not having to refill it as often. It looks much nicer on the countertop, so it has been an all around upgrade. We haven't used the black scrubber that came with it yet as we usually use brushes and sponges, but are glad to have it if needed. We can also store a sponge in the caddy in its place. Overall, we have been very pleased with it and are glad we purchased it.

I bought the soap dispenser for my blind father; as it turns out, we are weeding out glass everything from his kitchen and this was one of the first things to go. it's a great hand soap dispenser, if phones really well and it's a heavy glass container for the good hardy pump, but if I had children or visually impaired people in my house I would not have it where they could use it. it tends to be slippery when wet, which is most of the time; it is also not an effective way to dispense dish soap and since it came with scrubby I assumed it was for the purpose of washing dishes. I took it for myself and left him something else in its place, he really had a hard go with foaming dish soap, never mind the sort-of-flimsy scrubby that came with it (though that would be something that's easy to replace). this would be something I would buy a new couple as a wedding gift, or for a single person moving into a new apartment. I I think it's gorgeous and simple, minimalistic; the filming dispenser aspect of it is very effective and it makes for lovely hand soap. I would definitely buy this again but not for the purpose I originally intended.

I love this item. I keep it in the kitchen to help wash my hands in between cooking and prepping meals. Looks picture perfect for the kitchen.

I have 3 of these soap pumps. I had another style from Target that kept breaking. This one is the best one.

great size and pump! the little scrubber was a perfect bonus.

Using this for bath and body works soap refills. Much prefer this to having the BBW logo all over the place. It is simple, functional, and worth every penny.

I really liked the simple design of the dispenser, sponge and caddy. The silver matched perfectly with my silver sink. I knocked off one star because you need to really push down on the lever to get the soap to come out but this improves after a few uses. The sponge also gets really sudsy and is good for removal of stuck in foods. I like that the caddy has enough space to hold a regular sponge that I typically use. Something to keep in mind, you cannot fit more than one type of sponge in the caddy holder. I am still happy with the purchase and would recommend to others.

I love the look of this item , the reason I would not recommend,is because the pump is hard to push down to release the dishwashing liquid. I had to replace that with another dispenser, that was easy to push down.

Get stuck everytime that you press

Bottle does not pump soap out like it should. Very hard to get out, wish I would not have purchased it.
