Mainstays Over-the-Door Double Metal Hook, Black

I'm currently using this in my rental apartment and it is perfect for over the door for our towels. It does not damage the top of the door or anything and it's able to hold more than a couple of towels.

Very well made for the price. Perfect for drying my bathroom towel quickly. Hangs over the doorframe well, padded on the inside of the hook to prevent scratching. The various Mainstays brand items I bought over the oast few months have been welll made. I wish these came in white.

The best answer for a tiny bathroom with no towel hooks! No more towels over the door! Spacers make it fit perfectly as well!

My gym decided to remodel and took away all the hooks in the dressing rooms for a 'Cleaner look'. Total inconvenience, so I got this hook to put in my dressing room for wet bathing suits and towels. Works well. I'll keep track of this one as the other one I had got swiped by someone whom I'm sure hates the fact that we have no hooks to hang anything either and is using it happily. At this cost, I can afford another!

Nice over the door space saver to towels!

Strong enough to hold my robes and towels. Sleek design. No problems closing the door. Will last forever. Worth the money.

I put this in the hall closet so I can grab a robe ifvI need to answer the door. It comes with strips to reinforce to hold and reduce slipping

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hanger fits over nicely and doesn’t damage the door. It has 2 hooks great for 2 towels or a towel and a robe! I love that the hook has a cushion in it so it doesn’t damage the wood of the door.

The color description is misleading. I ordered the “satin nickel finish” and expected a brushed metal-looking satin nickel finish. Instead, it is a sort of beige-gray powder-coat. I’m going to try to exchange for a true satin nickel finish if it exists or else just get the black. Beige-gray does not match anything in the bathroom I got it for, and the powder coat finish looks more like something you’d use in a utility closet. A brushed silver or nickel colored metal is pretty standard for these types of over-the-door hooks and I’ll be disappointed if it does not exist.

Sturdy for its size
