Mainstays Solid Blackout Curtain Panel, 1 Panel, Navy Blue, 50" W x 63" L

Mainstays 100% Blackout Single Panel Window Curtain is the best blackout curtain I have ever had. I love blackout curtains to help keep my home cooler and also keep the sunlight out of the bedrooms when we are sleeping. Some other blackout curtains I have had in the past didn't block out 100% of the light. This Mainstays blackout curtain truly blocks out 100% of the light out. I love the size of this panel. It is 50 inches x 84 inches. I received the Blue Cove color which is a deep navy blue. The color is dark and rich and looks great. I hung 2 panels over a large picture window in my living room and I noticed a different right away. It helped cool the room down right away. I couldn't be happier. The panels were very easy to put up. They have a rod pocket with back tabs and my curtain rod easily slid through the rod pocket. The fabric is 100% polyester and is a good thickness and weight. They are great quality and seem very well made.

I live in Florida and needless to say, it gets hot and the sun is bright. I like sleeping in complete darkness and these panels work wonderfully! I've also noticed that it gets cooler quicker in my room as well. It fits perfectly and sits on the floor just right! I also love the navy color because it matches my comforter! Highly recommend!

Mainstays Blackout Energy Efficient Grommet Single Curtain Panel 50x84 I like the simple design of these curtains. It doesn't take anything away from the room. And yet it adds to what you have done in that room. They are a total black out curtain. And they keep the heat of the day outside. These are great for bedrooms with the black out fabric so that the sun of the morning does not shine threw and wake you up. They are made out of imported 100% polyester, which makes them easy to wash in the washing machine and are wrinkle free when you hang them up straight out of the washer. I think a hot dryer would hurt the backing fabric. But I did find that if you put them in the dryer for a very few minutes before hanging them up for the first time, it causes the fold marks when New are removed with ease. They will take up to 1 1/2 inch wide curtain rod. They are easy to hang on the rods with their Rod pocket with back tabs I choose the Navy color which is a softer blue, not a dark blue color. These come 1 panel to a package so I would say get at least two packages per a regular window size. as you can see from the bright sun outside the only light that comes threw is where it is open

These are actually blackout curtains and they help maintain temps. I have 5 sets if these white. Theyre thick and solid. They have white lining on the back. I have only had 1 panel that had tiny holes in the backing. It wasn't even bad enough to return. The white is white and I am not sure why others said the white was blue. I've never had a difference in colors and I've ordered them at different times over the course of a year. They do come stiff and wrinkled. I put them in the wash on rinse only in cold water, then I let them simi dry on the lowest heat. When they're just damp I take them out and hang them on the rod and let them finish air drying. I give them a quick spray with downy wrinkle release and when they're done they're barely wrinkled. This also softens them. The wrinkles will go away the longer they hang. It took about a week for my other sets to finally release their wrinkles. The ones in the attached pictures are brand new just hung and still damp.

I got these since my boyfriend works nights and sleeps during the day. They definitely do what they say, blackout! Our bedroom gets the most sun in all the rooms we have. Not only is it bright but also extremely hot in the summer. These curtains keep out the sun and the heat! I highly recommend blackout curtains!

The Mainstays 100% Blackout Single Panel Window curtain really works. It doesn't let in any light, even at the sunniest part of the day. Each panel is individually sold, so you would need two. Fit the window perfectly. The fabric seems very well made. No loose strings. I would definitely recommend to others. I'm really happy with this product.

The panels are made of a very nice and sturdy material. They should last a long time even with the sun shining on them everyday. They are washable but I don't think that would happen very often. Just an occasional brushing should work. The panels were put up over a door with a glass panel in my bedroom. Every morning the sun shining on my bed woke me up. In the summer it got real hot and unbearable. After putting the panels up it blocked the sun completely. The room was also a lot cooler. In the picture there was still light in the room because there is a window across the room. I am planning to purchase another pair for that window. Picture was taken in the afternoon so it does not show how bright it is in the morning. My bed is to the left of the door. I would suggest hanging the rod above the window or area so the light is complete blocked unless you don't mind a little light coming in.

I'm so happy with the price of the curtains as I have a 3 window wide front windows. This fit in my budget and is truly **** curtains. The color goes great with my current decor.

love these curtains ,total black out i got beige and they are perfect color and really saves on electric bill. the heat stays out side, what a relief. would highly recommend. no see through .they hangup nicely. very happy with this descision. The curtains are nice and heavy. The texture feels like linen. And yes they block out the sun and heat.
