Absolutely wonderful! The Manischewitz Matzo Ball and Soup Mix is comforting, flavorful, and very easy to prepare. If You Have To Ask…
I just made Kneid-lach for the first time in 30 years. They came out perfect. At first I wasn't cooking them long enough but since you cannot overcook a matzo ball I've found about 40 minutes is perfect.

Great Product!
Have bought this before and love it, especially during cold and flu season. Wish my local WalMart store carried it, but the online process to order it was pretty simple and I got it sooner than expected.

Try This - You Will Like It!
This is a great soup mix. I like to use it by itself, but tried adding chicken, carrots, onion and cellary (when I add these I also add more water). After adding these extras I have found myself making it with the extras most of the time. Try it, you will like it!!

Delicious and easy to make
I have purchased this Manischewitz Matzo ball soup and mix many times. It consistently makes a delicious soup. The matzo balls are easy to make. I like to add chicken and carrots to the soup. I also like to serve the soup over mini pasta to make it extra hearty. I highly recommend this soup mix and will continue to purchase it.

I bought this for the first time. I loved it. It was easy to make. It is a little salty so I added more water. Delicious!

Adds just enough flavor with less than half the package and plenty of carrots, celery, and some onion. Everyone loves my soup, and I always make enough to share with friends and family. I would be lost without it!

Simply the best!
Friends, note that the directions on the box state to use 2-1/2 quarts (i.e. 80-oz, or 10 cups) of water. This is a MUST... Don't use any less water, or the soup will indeed be too salty! I suspect this is the reason that several reviewers here report that this soup is too salty. Just follow the directions on the box and your Matzo Ball Soup will turn out GREAT!
