These are the only plant-based source of Omega 3's that I know of, they are chock-full of protein, and they taste slightly buttery! Put them in smoothies, sprinkle them on salads, on breads, in stir fry, whatever you want!

A great product if you are looking to add some protein to your oatmeal. It has a slight nutty flavor. Some necessary omegas for you too. Sprinkle it on top and mix it in. Store it in the refrigerator after you open it.

This organic hemp seed is important because regular hemp seed is very high in chemicals. good source of protein. Doesn't have much taste, but safe source of extra protein added to breakfast oatmeal

These hemp hearts are delicious. They taste like chopped peanuts. I do not really like the crunching of the husks. Heart itself is softer. Be aware: these turn the color of your poop light colored and your urine darker colored.
