Marble Cheese Slicer & Serving Tray, 8” x 5”, Gray Marble with Steel Arm

It is identical to the one I have that my parent had through out my childhood and I got it from them when I left home. So I know this one will be the same way!! Yes I Lo e it and it is a Great Purchase and Price!!

My daughter who came to visit. Spotted my Cheese Slicer that I had in my drawer and wanted one so I looked on the wal-Mart web site and found the very same slicer for a surprise for her. I know she will love it as I have always loved the one I have. It is very easy to use and very easy to clean. And it sits low so it fits in the drawer with no problem of being caught or snagged by the drawer. It comes with extra wire for replacement if the cheese cutting wire breaks.

Game changer. I can't believe I've never had one of these sooner! This makes slicing cheese in straight, even slices so easy compared to trying to use a knife. The wire is sharp and seems strong, no issues with the first one yet (about a month of use so far) and it came with 2 extra wires. It's heavy so it doesn't slide around while cutting.

The wire that was orginal was broken. I was discouraged by that. I changed the wire and it worked perfectly.

Very helpful for older hands that don't work like they used to. It makes tedious jobs uch easier. Cuts great, wire is strong. I have sliced eggs, olives, pickles, cheeses, salami and more. Works well. They kindly send along replacement wires.

Delivery was faster than indicated on the invoice. One of the wires was broken though. It might be a little smaller than I envisioned but it should be fine.

The marble base is very nice, which is the only reason I'm not returning this item. The wire already loaded onto the slicer was broken in two. I put one of the spare wires on and it was way too thin. I will buy a better wire to attach

The slicer wire was broken when it arrived. There was a replacement wire in the box. I tried to install it but the ring that screws into the handle was stripped. Never got to use it.

Low quality. Came with the cutting wire broken. Directions to replace the wire confusing. Not worth the price

the second time I used it the wire broke and the extra wire is a bit too short. I can't get it too stay on no matter how tight the handle is I had one before and it lasted for years before the wire broke Not happy .
