The perfect piece of equipment for everyday training. An adjustable bench makes it possible to complete a variety of exercises. Easy to follow instructions make for easy assembly. Weights not included.

Feels sturdy.
Easy to assemble. It moves around easily. It does sit a little lower than my previous Marcy bench. Padding feels firm. Now, it's time to get to work.

This bench offers a changing leg bar to fit different people that few benches offer. It has a good cover that is soft and comfortable.

Very good bench gets the job done.
Love it and works very good for quad extensions. However it is difficult to work hamstrings laying on your belly. Dropped a star just for that. Other than that I'm happy with it.
